STALEYDEX® 333 Crystalline Dextrose is the monohydrate form of dextrose. It is completely fermentable, readily soluble in water, and is about 65-80% as sweet as sucrose, depending on the solids concentration of the system in which it is used. STALEYDEX® 333 dextrose, the ultimate product of starch hydrolysis, is produced by a patented enzyme conversion process developed by Primient Research. This unique process makes possible the efficient production of extremely high quality crystalline dextrose free of the flavor, color and yield difficulties of other processes. STALEYDEX® 333 dextrose contains about 8.5% moisture as water-of-crystallization but essentially no “free” moisture.

It also meets all sweetener standards established by the National Soft Drink Association, including those on microbiological limits. Sweetener; ISOSWEET® 100 High Fructose Corn Syrup can be used in practically any application that conventionally employs sucrose or invert sugar.
